Hace un días fui a la casa de mi mamá y escuché una canción de los años 70's que escuchaba en la radio de niño. Recordaba casi subliminalmente algunos sonidos y melodías del comienzo del tema, el cual asociaba con alguna canción en Castellano, como las canciones románticas de Mocedades.

Sin embargo era un tema en Inglés. Por el sonido y estilo lo asocié a Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), pero ni idea del nombre de la canción. Así que puse un poco de oreja para captar algo de la letra. A estas alturas de la vida mi Inglés es bastante avanzado y cuando no conozco un tema uso esa técnica. Luego voy a Google y pongo las frases que entendí (o recuerdo) y veo que resultados me da.

El tema se llama Midnight Blue y efectivamente es de ELO. Como en muchos otros casos lo que más recordaba eran los sonidos iniciales con sintetizadores y Vocoder, esto debido a que desde que tengo memoria, me llamaban la atención los sonidos extraños, lo que derivó en mi afición por la música electrónica.
